wii want more good wii channels!

c'mon guys, the nintendo channel is fun, the mii channel is cool, and the wii shop channel is a cool online store. but thats really it. what if nintendo can make the wii menu awesome! how about a channel where you can watch and download movies. a channel wher you can download and play free demos to the newest games. nintendo has a world of oppurtunities that are just waiting to be explored.

There's a story going around saying in Japan they have three more channels they have to pay for and two more channels that are FREE!!! I was told that one of the channels is a place to download movies & tv shows like XBox Live.

always getting the new stuff before we do. but i think theres a name for that place to get movies. correct me if i'm wrong, but i think its called netflix or something.

at least americans get the best version of tasunoko vs capcom....

NO! It's not Netflix. Netflix is a website were you can rent movies but there is also a Netflix program on XBox Live and I don't Nintendo would use another company because Nintendo as always the "do it your self" kind of guys. So I think if Nintendo was to have a movie channel they would make it them selfs.

Yeah only America got it cause Japan was out of there range to sell.

i think you're right. i've heard rumors of netflix for japenese wiis and people ahve been saying that netflix is pretty cool. but in a whole, nintendo are "do it yourself guys". they make brilliant first party games like wii sports and wii sports resort, and apply the hardware and peripherals that third partys can use for their games(wii motion plus)

When I called them "do it your self guys" I din't mean they did every thing by there self I just ment in terms of hardware and programs. ChrisCraig3, your probly right the would have get rights to all the movies but I still think it would be weird to see Netflix on the Wii.
